Telephonic talk (Part 1)

Mike: Mr Allen's office!

johny: Hello, would I be able to address Mr.John Allen, please?

Mike: I'm afraid he's in a gathering until lunchtime. Can I take a message?

johny: Well, I'd like to arrange a meeting to meet him, please. It's Peter
Jefferson here.

Mike: Could you hold on for a moment, Mr John. I'll only look in the diary.
So at which date is helpful for you?

Johny: Some time an opportunity one week from now if conceivable. I accumulate he's away the following week.

Mike: Yes, believe it or not, he's on holiday for a fortnight.

johny: Well, I need to see him before he goes away. So would next Wednesday be

ok?

Mike: Wednesday …let me see … he's out of the workplace throughout the morning. Anyhow he's
free toward the evening, after around the range of three.

Johny: Three o'clock is troublesome. At the same time I could make it after four.

Mike: So might we say 4.30 afterward Wednesday, in Mr Hibberd's office?

Johny: Yes, that sounds fine. Much obliged a lot. 

Mike: Okay, then. Bye
